Getting Started
Fill out a short form about your business. We review your needs, recommend a practical scope, and send a starting quote before any custom production work begins.
Yes. The quote and scope recommendation are free. Custom design and build work starts only after you approve a package.
Just basic details: your business name, industry, contact info, and any preferences for style or colors. If you have a logo, great — if not, we'll work without one. No technical knowledge required.
Most quote requests receive a response within 24 hours. More complex projects may need a short follow-up before we confirm timeline and scope.
Design & Revisions
Absolutely. Each package includes revision rounds. Tell us what feels off — colors, layout, copy, images, or conversion path — and we'll adjust it.

None. Your monthly plan includes everything: hosting, SSL certificate, domain (first year), content updates, security monitoring, and priority support. No setup fees, no surprise charges.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we'll provide all your site files so you can host it elsewhere. No cancellation fees.
Yes. Our one-time purchase option starts at $2,499 and includes the website build, 1 year of hosting, and 90 days of support. After that, hosting is $29/month.

Yes. We build on Next.js with server-side rendering, optimized images, and CDN delivery. Our sites consistently score 90+ on Google PageSpeed and load in under 2 seconds.
Every site includes foundational SEO: meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, and semantic HTML. We also set up Google Analytics and Search Console. Advanced SEO is available as an add-on.
Great! We'll either transfer it to our management (easier for you) or point it to our servers. Either way, there's no additional cost and we handle all the technical setup.
Every site includes an SSL certificate (HTTPS), automated daily backups, DDoS protection, and security monitoring. We use industry-standard security practices and keep everything updated.
Support & Maintenance
All plans include email support with responses within 4 hours during business days. Growth and Enterprise plans include priority support with phone access and 1-hour response times.
Yes! Content updates are included in all monthly plans. Just send us what you want changed — new menu items, updated hours, fresh photos — and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
Our hosting has 99.9% uptime guarantee. If there's ever an issue, our monitoring system alerts us immediately and our team works to restore service. You'll be notified of any planned maintenance in advance.
Yes. We continuously improve our platform and pass those improvements to all clients. If you need custom features (online ordering, loyalty programs, etc.), we can add them as needed.
